WHAT IS OFFSEN?
OFFSEN is a conceptual clothing brand focused on limited-edition drops.
Each release is built around a specific idea and developed into a defined collection of garments. We produce in limited quantities so that each edition remains uncommon and collectible.

WHAT MAKES AN OFFSEN DROP DIFFERENT?
Every OFFSEN drop begins with a concept.
We explore that idea through silhouettes, fabrics, graphics, construction, and details before turning it into a limited release.
Our goal isn't to follow trends or produce endlessly.
We create fewer pieces, with more intention.
WILL SOLD-OUT PIECES BE RESTOCKED?
Generally, no.
OFFSEN releases are produced in limited quantities. Once an edition is sold out or the project closes, it is not intended to be reproduced.
If a future project references an earlier idea, it will be developed as something new rather than simply restocking the original.
ORDERS
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the piece you want, choose your size, and complete checkout through our website.
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Every product page includes sizing and fit information to help you choose the right size.
If you're still unsure, contact us before placing your order. We'd rather help you choose correctly than have you order the wrong size.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service used.
Your tracking information will provide the most accurate estimate once your order has been dispatched.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
EXCHANGES
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
OFFSEN currently offers exchanges only, not standard returns for refunds.
If you receive your order and experience a genuine issue, please contact us and we'll help you with the next steps.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SIZE?

If your garment arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience another genuine issue, contact us as soon as possible.
Send us your order number and a brief description of the issue. Where necessary, we may ask for photographs so we can understand the situation and help resolve it.

Our garments are designed around proportion, fit, and versatility rather than traditional gender categories.
The best way to choose your size is to compare the measurements provided on the individual product page with a garment you already own.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE FABRIC AND PRODUCT DETAILS?
All important product information is provided on the individual product page, including available sizes, fabric details, fit, construction, and other relevant specifications.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY OFFSEN PIECE?
Care instructions are provided with the garment and should be followed to maintain its fabric, shape, and finish.

LIMITED EDITIONS
HOW MANY PIECES ARE PRODUCED?
The quantity depends on the individual project.
Each OFFSEN release has a defined production quantity, which may be communicated on the product or project page.
For example, Project 001 is limited to 100 pieces.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PROJECT CLOSES?
Once the defined quantity has been produced or the release period ends, the project is considered complete.
We move forward rather than continuously reproducing the same edition.
That is what makes each project part of OFFSEN's history.
